Follow the connected upgrade path
Destiny Inscription is the permanent upgrade tree. Follow the lines between its nodes and inspect the prerequisite and Sapphire cost before buying. A locked node may require progress in its connected path or a village event.
Finish the village task after unlocking
A purchase can open a task rather than immediately finish the feature. Read the unlock message and visit the named character.
- Home Repairs: work with Ken at your home in the village center. Talent access can remain locked until the Home Repairs event is complete.
- Ranged Weapon Training: follow Moro’s Crossbow training after unlocking the node. A node purchase is not a reason to skip the training.
- Wishing Fountain: prepare an eligible starting artifact before exploring.
- Fruit Skewer: follow Finn’s request after opening this village feature.
Spend toward the problem you have
Our suggested order is to open a useful system before buying scattered stat upgrades. If talents are blocked, finish Home Repairs. If you want a different weapon, follow its training branch. If you need a repeatable opening item, work toward the Wishing Fountain.
Next, compare inventory expansion and talent-point nodes with your build’s requirements. Dice nodes offer reward rerolls; read each node carefully because starting dice, maximum dice and boss rewards are different upgrades.
Keep the tree separate from talent allocation
Buying a talent point increases the budget available to your build. Assigning that point happens in the talent menu outside exploration. Check the talent guide before copying an allocation that needs more points than you have.
